Dome Guidelines for Spectators:

· All fans will be allowed inside building 60 mins before scheduled game time. 

· Limited Bleacher Seating - Spectators can bring their own chairs.  

· $10 daily gate or $15 for two days. You can have 4 VIP Guest. Please provide Gage Thompson the list when you check in.

· The Suite Fire Bar & Grill will remain open for duration of tournament.

· Louisville Slugger Pro Shop will be open with limited hours.

Dome Guidelines for Teams:

· Bat Check will be 2 hours prior to FIRST game time. Please send two representatives to check in bats. Check In & Bat Check will be inside dome.

· Teams(players/coaches) can enter the building promptly two hours before scheduled game time (no earlier). 

· WARM UP AREAS – will be assigned upon entry to facility.

· Water Coolers will be provided in each dugout. If you need water contact scorer’s table and they will call for container to be refilled.

· Team Meeting areas will be located in the “Volleyball” area of Dome. No throwing or hitting will be allowed in these areas.

· No outside Food or Drink

· No metal cleats

· No seeds or nuts

Dome Playing Rules:

· When the ball comes in contact with roof in fair territory…

· within the infield base path - OUT.

· beyond the infield base path (ie…outfield) it is a FOUL BALL.

· and goes off roof and/or netting and over fence it is a HOME RUN. (Field 1 -Left field, Field 2- Right field)

· NCAA run rule- 8 after 5 innings

· No players in dugout opening (safety issue)

· We have assigned Home & Away (highlighted in yellow)
